Ahead of the firm’s vacation scheme application deadline on Sunday, solicitors provide key commercial awareness insights
Three Clyde & Co lawyers have given a commercial awareness masterclass on climate change, which is set to become an increasingly important area for law firms during the new decade.

Clare Hatcher (partner), Wynne Lawrence (senior associate) and Jane O’Reilly (associate) are all members of the firm’s cross-practice area climate change resilience initiative, set up to help advise clients on the new challenges they face. It spans sectors including insurance & reinsurance, shipping, aviation, tech, energy & natural resources and global trade.
In the podcast above, with Legal Cheek editor Tom Connelly, they share their experience of advising clients on this fast-evolving branch of practice and sketch out their vision of the future for the law relating to climate change.
Apply now for a place on Clyde & Co’s spring and summer vacation schemes — before the deadline this Sunday (5 January 2020).
