Monday 25 November, 4pm to 6pm, taking place virtually
Join us on the afternoon of Monday 25 November for a virtual student event with Reed Smith. The theme is global commercial disputes.
We’ll be hearing from the firm’s litigation and arbitration lawyers about the high-profile international disputes that they specialise in. They’ll give examples of the cases they work on and explain how Reed Smith operates as a global litigation powerhouse across its 31 offices.
Time: 4pm to 6pm
Location: Virtual event
Level: Students, Graduates
Also on the agenda will be reflections on the different personality types drawn to contentious work versus transactional practice areas.
The speakers
• Laura-May Scott, partner in the global commercial disputes team
• Beth Zheng, third seat trainee in the global commercial disputes team
• Brandon Yoon, first seat trainee in the global commercial disputes team
After short talks from the speakers and a Q&A, there will be virtual networking with the speakers, Reed Smith trainees and members of the firm’s early careers team.
Apply to attend. You’ll be asked to submit two questions for the firm.
