17 trainees from a cohort of 20 commit their future to the silver circle firm
Global law firm Ashurst has unveiled a solid spring retention rate of 85%.
From a qualifying cohort of 20, the silver circle outfit — which has 25 offices worldwide — received applications from 18 associates, with 17 eventually putting pen to paper on deals. As can be seen in our Most List, the newly-qualified lawyers (NQs) will now pocket a salary of £70,000.
