The notorious judge’s punchy letter to Blackstone Chambers — sent on Judiciary of England and Wales headed paper — has created more than a few ripples around the Temple.
As is often the case with letters, it is open to a myriad of interpretations, what is really being said is often left unsaid, and it would probably have been better off not being sent. Given all this, Legal Cheek has made a fanciful stab at filling in the blanks…
