Wednesday 16 April, 4pm to 6pm, taking place virtually
Join us on the afternoon of Wednesday 16 April for a virtual student event with White & Case.
The theme is energy transition, one of the global economy’s largest and fastest-growing sectors. As the world shifts towards cleaner energy sources — ranging from renewables and hydrogen to advancements in oil and gas technology — businesses are prioritising Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles while capitalising on powering a sustainable future.
Time: 4pm to 6pm
Location: Virtual event
Level: Students, Graduates
Against this backdrop, White & Case has been consistently ranked across jurisdictions as a leader acting and advising on energy transition matters. We’ll be hearing from local partner (Hamburg) Ryan Gawrych and associate Hannah Bragge about their experiences working in this space, the evolving priorities of the firm’s clients, as well as the key trends influencing the energy transition. The speakers will also reflect on their career journeys and offer advice to students hoping to follow a similar path.
The speakers
• Ryan Gawrych, local partner in the energy, infrastructure, project and asset finance group
• Hannah Bragge, associate in the project development and finance group
After a presentation and Q&A there will be virtual networking with the speakers, who will be joined by White & Case trainees and members of the firm’s early careers team.
Apply to attend. You’ll be asked to submit two questions for the speakers.
