Thursday 14 May, taking place virtually
Legal Cheek is making a number of student places available to LegalEdCon, our annual day-long conference about the future of legal education and training, which this year is taking place virtually.
We don’t charge students to attend our events and these places will be given to the successful applicants free of charge.
LegalEdCon features sessions on ‘The trainee of the 2020s’, ‘Diversity and inclusion’, ‘Reimagining online learning’, ‘The SQE as a blank canvas’, ‘Education and training at the Bar’ and a keynote speech from the University of Oxford about its research on how tech is set to change legal training and practice for junior lawyers.
There are also two virtual expos with mini-sessions, yoga, cookery school and post-conference drinks.
Speakers include senior figures from Clifford Chance, Slaughter and May, Shearman & Sterling, Mayer Brown and Norton Rose Fulbright, as well as general counsel from BT, HSBC and Network Rail, plus rising stars from Nivaura and Cleary Gottlieb. Find out more
