The incident occurred on an Air India flight from Mumbai to London on Saturday
A business class passenger, claiming to be an “international criminal lawyer”, has been filmed verbally abusing cabin crew on a flight from Mumbai to London.
The footage was recorded by another passenger on the flight and shows the unnamed woman launch into an expletive-laden tirade after Air India staff refused to serve her more alcohol. The woman, who is reportedly an Irish national, appears to be intoxicated and was arrested upon arrival in London.
Addressing a member of the crew, she can be heard shouting:
“I am a f*cking international lawyer. I work for all you f*cking people… The f*cking Rohingyas, the f*cking people of all Asia, for you, an international criminal lawyer.”
The woman can also be heard asking the cabin staff if they “treat all business class passengers like this”, before claiming that she would have been given more wine if she was a “rich Indian f*cking money grabbing b*stard”.
The shocking incident was captured in two separate clips (embedded below) and posted on Twitter by Tarun Shukla, a journalist at the Indian news website ET Prime.
