A new luxury London-based property development targeting top legal professionals has been unveiled this week.

The quaintly named Pinks Mews — a 35-apartment development set within a private gated side-street off High Holborn — is, according to the developers’ PR team, ideal for “London’s top-flight barristers and solicitors”.

Named after the traditional coats worn by fox hunters (sigh) and located in the heart of legal London, the Pinks Mews press release trumpets the development’s close proximity to Gray’s Inn and Lincoln’s Inn, as well as several top City outfits including Macfarlanes, Hogan Lovells and Bird & Bird.

“Designed with the lifestyle of the busy legal professional in mind”, prices start (those unfamiliar with the London property market, look away now) at £995,000 for a 522 sq ft one-bed apartment. And for those lawyers requiring a little more space, a three-bed duplex penthouse apartment will set you back a cool £2.8 million. Spare change to any top barrister or solicitor worth his salt.

So what do you get for your money? Well, according to its PR team, Pinks Mews has “all the mod-cons any aspirational barrister or solicitor can expect, such as bespoke kitchens, marble bathrooms and a concierge.”

With the development due to be completed next summer, marble loving lawyers of London have plenty of time to pick out furniture. Form an orderly queue.
