The piece — a photo of which is embedded below — also notes Hudson’s sideline as chairman of the Taxation Disciplinary Board and highlights a Law Society Gazette article from last month which criticises the government’s plans to clamp down on LLP membership to avoid tax. Hudson sits on the editorial board of the Law Society Gazette.
